Returns Policy

All sales are final, except in cases where the item was lost, broken, defective, or was not the item that was ordered. In those circumstances, we will pay return shipping and send a replacement of said item. If replacement is unavailable, we will provide store credit or a full refund at our discretion.

Full refunds require extreme and extenuating circumstances and will be decided on a case by case basis.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will e-mail you within 3 business days.

Shipping Policy

For Domestic Customers:

Please allow up to 3 business days handling time, especially around the holidays.

Pre-Order and Back-Order items will only ship the moment that we get them in stock irregardless of the shipping method that you choose.

Free Economy Shipping is available on orders over $50.00, otherwise standard shipping rates apply.

Domestic Shipping Rates (US Customers Only):

Economy Shipping (6-10 business days)
$3.00 on first item and $1.00 for each additional item

Standard USPS Shipping (2-5 business days)
$5.00 on first item and $2.00 for each additional item

Standard UPS Shipping (2-5 business days)
$8.00 on first item and $3.00 for each additional item

Express Shipping (2 business days)
$12.00 on first item and $4.00 for each additional item

For International Customers:

Please allow up to 7 business days handling time for international orders, especially around the holidays.

Some shipments will be held until all items in the order are in stock. This applies to Pre-order and Back-order items. If you wish us to ship items as we get them in stock, a partial shipping fee will apply ($4.00 for Canadian customers and $6.00 for all other international customers). Please send us an e-mail if you would like us to ship items as we get them in stock.

Customs duties, taxes and any other fees specific to your home country are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. It is your responsibility to research any applicable laws regarding item importation. We do not offer refunds for items seized by customs.

Free economy shipping options are available to International customers once specific order totals have been reached - $150.00 for Canadian customers and $250.00 for all other international customers. That is the only time that you may select the free shipping option.
